Highlights from our sustainability work
Our sustainability efforts are gaining traction – and this is just the beginning. In 2024, we built the foundation for group-level responsibility by introducing shared principles, metrics, and tools. Here are some key milestones:
GROUP SUSTAINABILITY REPORT 2024 ALIGNED WITH ESRS STANDARDS
Our first comprehensive overview of sustainability efforts.
SCOPE 1–3 EMISSIONS CALCULATED
We developed our first carbon footprint baseline for Finland and service purchases.
DOUBLE MATERIALITY ASSESSMENT COMPLETED
Over 500 stakeholders took part. We identified our priority areas: climate change, our own employees, workers across the value chain, and governance.
GROUP-WIDE SUSTAINABILITY POLICIES ADOPTED
We issued new policies on environment, HR, human rights, procurement, and business ethics.
SUSTAINABILITY COMMITTEE ESTABLISHED
A cross-functional committee now guides our sustainability work and embeds it in strategic decision-making – no more siloed efforts.
VOICE OF STAKEHOLDERS HEARD AND ACTED UPON
Input from over 500 survey respondents and thematic interviews has already influenced our policies and direction.
